For most people it becomes when they their fitties and they start to see the visual signs of aging, so they begin to search and use the advnced skin care solutions to keep their glowing skin. However natural skin care is also for teenagers and very young people because that enables them protect their skin of the environment damage and keep their skin young for decades. People that dont take care of their skin at their early age start to see the visual effects of aging sooner than those that take care of themselves. But many people make wrong decission of thinking that skin care means using creams and getting special treatment for their skin.

The reality is that effective skin care begins in the inside of every person, the way your body looks is a reflection of how you treat your body inside. Do exercise if possible every day for a quarter hour to thrity minutes, this will make your blood flow through and help the overall health of your skin.

Eat healthy foods, avoid junk food full of chemicals and eat food that is healthy for you, food full of anti oxidants like fruits and vegetables.

Drink at last six to eight glasses of fresh water evey day to maintain your skin and body always hudrated.

Must remove your make up before you go to sleep.

Use sunscreen to protect your skin from the dangerous rays of the sun.

Avoid stress and to relax, stress reduces the defenses of your body.

If you don't eat vitamins in your food, buy some multi vitaminic supplements to help your body fight free radicals.

If you follow tips in your, you will have a shining healthy skin without the need of other products. However as we, our body loses its ability to keep some important substances that keep our skin young such as collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, there are few creams that you can use to stimulate your to produce those substances again. :Do exercise if possible every day for 20 or 30 minutes, this will make your blood flow through all your body and help the overall health of your skin.
